1) The following sketch contains two constraints; Offset 1 = 160 and Offset 2 =60.

2) Let’s make Offset 2 = Offset 1. In order to do this we must double click on the Offset 2 constrain in order to modify it.

3) Simply type “=” in the box and select the Offset 1 constraint. This quickly create a link where the Offset 2 constraint value is controlled by Offset 1 constraint value.
