CATIA V5: Creating Text in Sketcher Without Using Macro’s or Third Party Software

It is common in CATIA V5 for a user to want to create text inside the sketcher workbench. Dassault Systemes have addressed this need in CATIA V6 where a tool is available for the user to simply enter text and use it! However no such add-on has ever been available on CATIA V5 out of the box. Many get around this limitation by using paid for third party applications or macro’s.
